Getting started

What are your minimum and maximum order quantities?

Palette Couture offers industry leading Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Minimum orders vary per design, and can be as low as 100 units for Casual Wear (design dependent). We support both large and small brands and our infrastructure allows us to offer a full manufacturing solution from prototype development to full scale production.

We offer a prototyping service for the purposes of range development, which allows you to perfect your designs before committing to full scale production. Because the majority of the items we produce are made completely to your specifications, this is carried out before bulk production commences and the sample is sent to you in image form, or if you prefer, physically posted to you for approval. At this stage you can make minor design amendments to ensure your final products are exactly as you want them.

We’re always happy to arrange a meeting to discuss an order. We would always ask that prospective clients send designs prior to booking a meeting, so that we can gather an understanding of your project and whether it is something we would be able to assist with. Please note that all of our meetings are by appointment only.

A “unit” is one single garment. Therefore our MOQ of 50 to 70 units per design and per color is referring to 50 to 70 single garments to make up a batch. A “unit” may also be called a “piece” or given as the abbreviation “pcs” when referring to multiple units.

Professionally drawn designs or reference picture and physical sample are helpful for us to gather an understanding of the clothing you’d like to have produced, however we understand that as a small brand or a start up you may not have these in place. In that case, you’re free to send us mood boards or inspiration images, along with some descriptions of the items you would like to produce. We will then be able to gain an idea of the garments you’d like to have made and will ask any further questions if we need to. It’s useful to provide as much information as possible, such as any brand logos or artwork you’d like to have DTF, Sublimation, Screen Printing, Vinyl prints or embroidered to your clothing.

To get started on a quote all you need to do is get in touch using the email address at the top of our website, the contact form on our contact page, or by giving us a call or whatsapp on +905541154533.
